He got his name from a decorator where he was living with Rosie and Barrie Alger-Street. Helping out, as usual, with the painting, or paper-stripping. At least, that's what Looney called it! Anyway, Looney was one of those for whom life hadn't gone too well in the early months, and Rosie and Barrie gave him a home.
